ZS-8040M fully automatic sleeve sealer with side feeding design, suitable for lighter items of single or collection packaging.

The shrink packaging machine is suitable for large-volume automatic shrink packaging of cans, glass bottles, bottles of wine, mineral water, etc. It can also be used in wood, steel, ceramics, household appliances, computers and other industries. Designed for shrinkage packaging of PE film for large and heavy objects, the conveyor belt can be designed as a roller type, Teflon mesh or stainless steel conveyor net according to customer requirements. The large shrink packaging can also be completely shrunk in a short time. After packaging, the shape is neat, compact, easy to palletize, guarantee the quality of the product and the need for long-distance transportation. It is suitable for various shrink packaging such as PE, PVC and POF. material. The upper and lower side seals are equipped with stainless steel electric heating tubes, which have fast heating speed and long service life. The upper and lower air transport system and the super large air volume cooling system are designed to quickly cool and shape the product after heat shrinkage, ensuring a perfect packaging effect at one time.

1. Sealing knife uses the special steel knife with Daikin Teflon which is anti-stick coating & anti-high temperature. So the sealing will not have cracking, coking and smoking.
2. Imported photoelectric sensor, positioning accuracy, fast response.
3. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and man machine interface, simple operation.
4. The separate control box makes it easy to use for operator.
5. Equipped with pressure device makes sure the position is stable even for the light product during the procession.
6. The sealing blade itself is also quipped with automatic protection function which effectively prevent from accidental cutting.
7. The entire machine realizes unmanned operation with the production line connecting.
