ZSL-5060 + T-5025 is controlled via a PLC which allows the operator to set the different times for the sealing operating, the temperature of the blades and also the length of film that is to be used. The machine has a variable conveyor speed controller which makes the machine ideal for both manual and automatic feeding. The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package. The machine is easy to operate and high in efficiency.

Technical feature

1. The product feed: Manual or automatic, two groups of photoelectric detect the product’s length automatically, the upper and lower photoelectric or both side can be selected according to the product.

2. Dimension adjusting: Width and height are easily adjusted by hand-wheel.

3. Suitable film: POF thermal shrinkage film. Thickness range of film: 15-30micron.

4. Edge film collection: Equipped with edge film collection device automatically.

5. The temperature of horizontal and side sealing knife: Constant temperature.

8. Air pressure: 6 bar, filtered through oil and water.

Heating Sealing Blade: Teflon printed sealing blade, without gaps and plastic sticker.

Mitubshi PLC: Adopted Mitubshi pl, Easy operation and stable, also convenient to get the replacement part in your lacation.
