ZS-8040M + ZS8060PE automatic sleeve-type (no bottom tray) sealing, cutting and shrinking packing machine is specifically designed for single product or products without bottom pallets. This machine is automatic equipment connected with manufacture line, and has unmanned operation of automatic material feeding, film wrapping, sealing, cutting, shrinking, cooling and modeling. It has multiple packing bottle combination of 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 and etc.

When packing colorful films, add whole set of photoelectric detection for precise positioning. Modular design can adapt changing different bottle shapes in a moment. Direction of the material feeding conveyor can be designed from left or right depending on the needs of customers.

ZS-8060PE adopts imported double wind driving motor, with even heat wind volume in furnace and the beautiful shrinking effects. Adjustable hot wind stream guidance recycling structure in furnace makes equipment more power saving. Adopting solid steel bar wrapped with imported silicone pipes, chain bar conveyor is durable in use;

GS-XKW-6030 is made of international advanced technology and processes and has stable and endurable performance. Adopting Mitsubishi "PLC" programmable logic controller, realizes mechanics, electric, and pneumatic integration. Adopting worm reduction box, material and film feeding stable without shaking. Adopting specifically designed sealing blade, sealing seams solid, no cracks, no adhesion on blade; "LFPOM" material conveyor is corrosion resistance and high strength. Vibration material feeding devices can be chosen according to bottle shapes.
