3.For package of product whose height is more than 80mm, its sealing effect will be better with straight sealing edge.

4. Easily adjust and make the sealing line on the center line of package.
5.Processing distance of sealing can be adjusted according to different height of package, to shorten working time, and increase working efficiency.
6.Adopt level and vertical photoelectric eye, can switch easily. It is fast to do packing for thin and small products. Very easy to finish packing.
7.Adopt most advanced PLC programming, easy operating, which have safety protection and alarm function.

8. Applied to single or combined package for products in different shapes.

Operator Panel: Aesthetic and minimalist design, Chinese and English notes, Digital temperature controller can control the temperature arbitrarily, HMI supports all languages and can switch between multiple. languages simultaneously for suit different operators. Various parameters can be easily set through HMI.

Electric Cabinet: Using Mitsubishi PLC and other famous brand electrical appliances, the machine runs smoothly and stably, the program after 16 years of continuous accumulation and update, has been nearly perfect, to ensure packaging speed and effect.

Thermal cycle visual shrink packaging tunnel keeping constant temperature. Can be set different temperature to suit for different film, wind direction and speed also can be adjusted to.

Sample: The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package.
